As the creator of Heal Atlantic, Patricia Taylor is a Registered Reflexology Therapist and Holistic Health Care Practitioner, and serves as a Director on the board of the Atlantic Canada Association of Reflexology Therapists. Offering reflexology in Moncton, her approach is to meet each client wherever they are on their healing journey, with compassion and empathy. Each session is individually tailored with a blend of therapeutic and holistic modalities, designed to release stress and promote healing on all levels.

Patricia is an old soul who has a lot of knowledge. She seems to be able to see right to the heart of things. And somehow has the ability to calm my active mind. The treatments have helped my back pain and my headaches are all gone. I go for regular tune-ups and it’s been very effective for me.

When I met Patricia and she mentioned she was an “energy healer,” in my head, I was like … is that a fancy term for quackery?!!
​
However, I did hear about Reiki after experiencing a traumatic brain injury (a few years ago) where I was unconscious for several hours afterward. As a result, I had lingering PTSD with unrelenting restlessness and panic attacks well after my physical body healed. Reiki was suggested to me, as a therapy to calm down my brain. At the time, I thought how is it possible that “having hands hovering over my body to control my internal energy flow” would work to ease my scattered mind?

However, after being around Patricia, I found her presence made me feel uniquely at ease. So, I decided to book a session and, quickly, the skeptic in me was proven wrong. After my first visit, I felt oddly very relaxed as I joked with her to see if she secretly “drugged me”!

I continue to see her as it has been an invaluable non-invasive, non-verbal, and drug-free therapy that significantly improves my mental calm. I highly recommend Patricia, and I even gifted my daughter with a session!
